PiYo is here!

Never thought I'd be so excited about a workout program! PiYo is the latest program from Chalene Johnson who created my current favourite, TurboFire. She has taken the best moves from Yoga and Pilates but sped them up to add cardio as well. The workout promises to build strength, burn calories and increase flexibility, and it's all low impact - in other words, NO JUMPING. There is also the option of modifying every move, so even if you're a beginner, you can do this workout!
